What if I accidentally confirm “Item received”?
If you mark “Item received” by mistake, the courier will still deliver your package as normal. You can check the delivery status on your Order > Package Details page. For further updates, contact the courier directly.
What do I do if I get the wrong or an extra item?
If you receive an incorrect or extra item, request a refund through your Temu account. Double-check your order, specify the items involved, and choose your refund method. The refund will be handled after your request is reviewed.
Why didn’t all my items arrive together?
Sometimes orders are split into several packages, especially if they’re heavy. Check the “Your Orders” section to see shipping details. If something is missing and isn’t in another package, contact customer support to request a refund.
What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I don’t have it?
First, check your address and ask others in your household or neighbours if they received it. Look around your property and see if there’s a delivery notice. Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for the package to actually be delivered after being marked as delivered.

To follow your refund progress, go to “Your Orders” on the Temu app or website. You’ll also see updates in your account messages or by email. Refunds to your payment method can take 5-14 business days, or sometimes up to 30 days.
What if my order is late or goes missing?
If your order is delayed past the estimated date, you may receive a credit as compensation. If your order is lost or hasn’t arrived for a long time, you can request a full refund.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Most orders are sent out within 1-3 days of purchase. Some items, like presale or large products, and during busy periods, may need more time. You can find the estimated delivery date in your order details.
Can I get a refund when my order is “Ready to ship”?
Once your order reaches the “Ready to ship” stage, it has already been packed and cannot be cancelled or refunded. After you receive your order, you can usually make one free return per order, except for certain products.
