For items sold by Zalora, to receive shipping from overseas, spend a minimum of ₱1995 to reduce the shipping cost to ₱99. Other orders below ₱1995 are charged ₱199. Local shipping is made at the lowest charge of ₱49 on orders over ₱1695, and the orders below this are charged ₱149.
For items sold by Seller – All such orders shipped locally or from overseas are delivered for FREE on orders over ₱1495,; if order orders are below it,, then ₱149 will be levied. The essentials, too, are delivered for FREE and charged with ₱149 on orders below ₱1995.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Zalora comprehends with the concerns that arise in the mind of online shoppers. This is why it has an exemplary cancellation policy and return policy. Just make sure the order isn’t dispatched yet and you can cancel the order on your call. If you ever feel the products received aren’t up to the mark, damaged, or incorrect; then you can request a return within 30 of receipt. You must return the products in the original condition.

The Zalora Gift Cards come in different denominations worth ₱500, ₱1000, ₱2000, ₱3000, and ₱5000. After the purchase, the Zalora Gift Card code has to be used to transfer the Gift Card value into the Zalora Store Credit. The Gift Card is valid for a year from the date of purchase.
Refund Policy
After the return is done according to the guidelines stated under the Zalora Return Policy, then comes the refund. If the refund is approved, the refund is made to your Credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay within 14 days. Debit card refunds take about 30-45 days, and the Wallet Credit and Gcash are credited back for refunds immediately. A bank transfer option is always there.
