How are Watsons refunds processed?

Credit card refunds may take one to two billing cycles. Cash-on-delivery refunds are provided as e-vouchers to the customer's online account. These e-vouchers are usually credited within 24 hours after approval.

What benefits does Watsons Club provide?

Watsons Club provides lifetime membership, reward points and member-only offers. Members earn one point for every ₱200 spent. Each point is worth ₱1 when redeemed. A minimum of five points is required for redemption.
